Pamela Rothka
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Pamela directs all aspects of Empower AI’s financial, treasury, and corporate strategies, including financial planning and analysis, capital and cash management, accounting functions, and M&A. She also manages the company’s external audit and lender relationships.
With nearly 30 years of financial leadership expertise, Pamela has held senior financial leadership roles at leading privately held, private equity backed, and publicly traded government contractors, including serving as CFO of ECS Federal, Octo Consulting, Buchanan & Edwards after 15 years with Lockheed Martin.
Her exceptional record has won her numerous recognitions including being named one of the Power Women of DC Tech by DCA Live as well as 2026 transformational CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC). She also serves on the Board of Directors at Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic, and as Chair of the CFO Council of WashingtonExec. Pamela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a CPA and a Master’s in Management Information Systems.
