Vice President, Military Services Business Unit
Ryan serves as Vice President and leader of Empower AI’s Military Services Business Unit, where he drives the delivery of AI-enabled technology services supporting critical Military defense and intelligence missions.
He brings 25 years of experience working with Department of War and intelligence customers, with a career built around leading mission critical national security and combatant command programs.
He is recognized for bringing a strategic, outcome-based mindset to operations and growth. He is focused on applying emerging technology with human in the loop AI at scale to help Military customers modernize IT and operate more efficiently. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Villanova University and a Master's degree in Information Systems from Penn State.
