Katie leads the expansion of Empower AI's services supporting civilian agencies' mission objectives, including programs at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Commerce.

Katie brings more than 20 years of experience delivering technology to government clients. Before joining Empower AI, she was Vice President of Services at Management Concepts, delivering customized learning solutions and human capital consulting to federal customers. Her earlier career includes a tenure as Vice President at ManTech, significant positions at Buchanan & Edwards, and more than 12 years at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Katie holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from George Washington University.
