Jim Rittinger
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Jim brings 30 years of legal experience in government contracting and the practice of law to Empower AI, where he oversees government contracts, employment law, intellectual property and business processes.
Before joining Empower AI, Jim was Chief Legal Officer at MFGS, Inc., and held senior legal and general counsel roles at Micro Focus International, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Dell Services Federal Government and Perot Systems. Earlier in his career he practiced law in New York with Quinn Emanuel, clerked for the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and clerked for the Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
Jim holds a bachelor's degree in History from Boston College and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
