Empower AI Chief Financial Officer Pamela Rothka has been named Transformative CFO of the Year at the 2026 Tech CFO Awards, presented by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).
Now in its 30th year, the program recognizes financial executives in the National Capital Region whose leadership drives innovation, AI investment and growth. Winners were selected by an independent panel of past CFO Awards honorees and celebrated on June 1, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner, in front of more than 600 attendees.
The recognition reflects Pamela’s role in positioning Empower AI for growth, including leading the finance side of the company’s acquisition and integration of Highlight Technologies.
