Medical/Health Insurance with HSA

Empower AI offers a choice of multiple medical plans. These high-deductible, consumer-driven health plans, paired with a HealthSavings Account that includes a generous contribution from Empower AI, are designed to help you and your family plan, save and pay for qualified health care expenses. 

TRICARE Supplement

The TRICARE Supplement Plan is offered to eligible employees currently enrolled in TRICARE, the Department of Defense’s health benefit program for the military community.


Multiple dental plans are available at Empower AI for eligible employees. All options include in-network and out-of-network coverage for maximum flexibility. 


The vision plan options provide an eye exam, prescription glasses or contact lenses every calendar year, and frames every other calendar year. Laser vision correction discounts are also available. 

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Full-time, three-quarters time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the company 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. This includes a company match of 50% of the first elected 6% that an employee contributes.

Paid Time Off and Holidays

Annual accruals for paid time off (PTO) are based on years of service with the company, starting with a minimum of 15 days of PTO each year for full-time employees. Additionally, all Empower AI employees receive paid leave for 10 federal holidays.

Empower AI offers several wellness-related programs to help employees focus on their health and wellbeing, including health advocacy, financial wellness programs, weight management, employee assistance, tuition assistance, professional development, legal assistance and much more.
