Empower AI Recognized as a 2023 Military Friendly Employer

Designation reflects company’s commitment to hiring and supporting active duty and veteran employees

Empower AI Recognized as a 2023 Military Friendly Employer

RESTON, VA, Nov. 14 Empower AI (formerly NCI Information Systems), a leading provider of artificial intelligence and other technologies to U.S. government agencies, today announced that it has earned the 2023 Military Friendly® Employer designation from Viqtory, the publisher of G.I. Jobs®.

Institutions earning the designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey. Over 1,000 companies participated in the 2023 Military Friendly survey process, with final ratings determined by combining an organization’s survey score with an assessment of the organization’s ability to meet several thresholds such as employee turnover and promotion and advancement of veterans and military employees.

“Being a military friendly company isn’t just an impressive distinction,” said Paul Dillahay, president and CEO of Empower AI. “For us, it’s a part of our culture and a critical part of our business. We are proud to have so many veterans and active-duty service members in our ranks. And whether we are supporting federal civilian or defense agencies, those who serve or have served our country often continue their sense of mission with their work at Empower AI, and that commitment to our customers just makes good business sense.”

Empower AI will be featured in the December 2022 Military Friendly Employers issue of G.I. Jobs magazine and on
