Ryan Hopper, VP, Joins Empower AI as the Military Services Business Unit Lead

Empower AI announces that Ryan Hopper has joined the company as the new leader of the mission-critical Military Services Business Unit. Ryan succeeds Darryl Jackson, who will remain with Empower AI to focus on our Army customer for TEIS IV task orders. We thank Darryl for his continued leadership and contributions to the mission and the team.


Ryan brings over 24 years of experience working with the Department of War and Intelligence customers, with a proven track record of successfully leading high performing programs and teams. He is deeply committed to mission success and driving the faster adoption of AI-enabled, automated, and modernized IT solutions to solve challenging military customer IT use cases. Most recently, Ryan served as a Vice President at Peraton, where he led a large operating unit for strategic programs and combatant commands.
