NASA's government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) for IT, communications and audio-visual solutions. Empower AI holds Category B: enterprise-wide ITC/AV service solutions.
What does SEWP VI cover?
SEWP VI is a multiple-award Government-wide Acquisition Contract run by NASA's SEWP Program Office and open to all federal agencies. Category B provides customized, enterprise-wide strategic solutions: large-scale requirements that span multiple departments, locations, customers or field offices, delivered as managed and shared services at government or contractor sites worldwide. Product-only requirements are not in scope for Category B. Technical areas include:

- Enterprise-wide information and data analytics
- Enterprise-wide application services and software
- Enterprise-wide cybersecurity services

- Program management and ancillary services and supplies
How do agencies order through SEWP VI?
- Confirm scope: Category B is for enterprise-wide ITC/AV service requirements. Product-only buys belong in other SEWP categories.
- Request quotes through the SEWP RFQ tools. Contract holders are given fair opportunity at the individual order level under FAR 16.505(b); selection documentation stays with your procurement office.
- Choose the order type: firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, labor-hour, fixed-price award fee, fixed-price incentive fee, fixed-price with economic price adjustment, or a hybrid of these.
- Send the signed order to the SEWP Program Office, which reviews every order before the contract holder accepts it, unless your agency holds an exemption.
- The 0.34% SEWP fee is already included in our quoted price and is not listed separately.
