Empower AI Quality Policy
Empower AI is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and to meeting all requirements contained in our contracts as well as any requirements that are integral to the nature and scope of the work. In addition, Empower AI is dedicated to continually improving our quality management system which provides the framework and the structure for ensuring the quality of the work we do and the services we provide.
Measurable objectives and targets are set for projects, including ~100% on-time deliverables, achievement of all key performance targets, and high customer satisfaction.

Empower AI is a prime vendor on the Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS) IV Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
TEIS IV provides information systems engineering and information technology support services to United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC). Services include engineering related activities in support of all aspects of information and communication systems. Support will be required for the full life cycle of USAISEC projects to include planning, design, development, engineering, implementation, procurement, logistics, evaluation, test, sustainment, systems retirement, and ancillary services.
