Ryan Rohr is Civilian Business Unit Deputy General Manager at Empower AI.

In this role, Ryan is responsible for several Agile Development programs at Empower AI, including the Federal Communications Commission, Air National Guard, National Institutes of Health, the Office of Management and Budget, and several others within Empower AI’s portfolio of federal customers. He leverages Empower AIs Empower Platform® to deliver improved results to his current customers and is responsible for bringing Empower AI to new customers as well. Ryan leads and supports several BU initiatives that are vital to the business, including execution of the Empower AI growth strategy, financial performance, and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Empower AI, Ryan held several senior leadership roles across operations and business development at ASRC Federal and Preferred Systems Solutions.

Ryan holds an active secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
