Rhonda Casper serves as Empower AI’s Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for leading the HR and recruiting team to hire and retain the best employees in their field, and partner with Empower AI’s leadership team to ensure that performance, employee engagement, and growth are top priorities.

​Rhonda is an HR leader with significant experience in the government contracting industry. Prior to joining Empower AI, she was the senior vice president of HR at Tyto Athene, a telecommunications and defense company, where she was responsible for all aspects of HR, including learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and much more. Rhonda has also held senior HR and leadership roles at ASRC Federal, AECOM, and AJILON.

​Rhonda is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is a board member at the Special Olympics of Maryland. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human studies from Southeast Missouri State University.
