Empower AI is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and to meeting all requirements contained in our contracts as well as any requirements that are integral to the nature and scope of the work. In addition, Empower AI is dedicated to continually improving our quality management system which provides the framework and the structure for ensuring the quality of the work we do and the services we provide.
Measurable objectives and targets are set for projects, including ~100% on-time deliverables, achievement of all key performance targets, and high customer satisfaction.

GSA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SCHEDULE
With the Professional Services Schedule (PSS), GSA has consolidated its legacy professional services multiple-award schedules, including three previously held by Empower AI: Professional Engineering Services (PES), Logistics Worldwide (LOGWORLD) and Mission-Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS). The new solution encompasses the same professional services offerings but provides federal customers a more streamlined approach to procuring complex professional services requirements while offering shorter lead times, lower administrative costs, more flexibility and the ability to retain control of your own procurement.
